Rename a saved Thread in place

Explicit title edit for one exact Space and immutable storage identity. The path is the canonical public/provider thread_id from a preceding scoped detail read, encoded as one opaque path segment. Requires server-owned NMEM_THREAD_TITLE_UPDATE_ENABLED=1 (default off). Same-title requests do not change timestamps or acquire manual ownership. A changed title records nmem_manual_title=true and preserves identity, Space, messages and Memory relationships. Local REST/MCP uses the legacy graph authority, including qualified legacy-authoritative HawDB mirroring; native-primary/only authority is not activated. Cloud REST/MCP retains PostgreSQL authority and delegates the bounded title decision to its Go worker. A Local adapter with an active Cloud target refuses without changing local data; use thread_title_update on the Cloud MCP target from Connect. Search repair may remain pending after the authoritative write. No UI contract is added.
