Overview

Import ChatGPT conversations into Nowledge Mem—either one at a time via browser extension, or bulk import your entire history.

Browser Extension (Single Conversation)

Install Nowledge Mem Exchange for your browser:

• Chrome / Arc / Edge: Get Extension
• Firefox: Get Extension

1. Open any ChatGPT conversation
2. Click the Nowledge Mem extension icon
3. Click "Import to Mem"

Bulk Import (All Conversations)

Import your entire ChatGPT history at once:

1. In ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data
2. Wait for the email with your export
3. Extract the chat.html file from the download
4. Open Nowledge Mem → Threads → Import
5. Select the chat.html file
6. Preview and select which threads to import
7. Click Import

This is ideal for migrating years of ChatGPT conversations into your knowledge base.
