The Nowledge Mem Exchange browser extension auto-captures insights from your ChatGPT conversations. No manual import step needed.
Two Capture Modes
- Always Remember automatically extracts decisions, discoveries, and key conclusions as you chat
- Keep Messages backs up your full conversation history in real time
Both modes run in the Chrome side panel alongside your conversations. Per-platform settings remember your preferences.
Setup
Install Nowledge Mem Exchange:
- Chrome / Edge: Get Extension
Open the side panel on any ChatGPT page. Enable your preferred capture modes. Done.
Bulk Import (Historical Data)
Already have years of ChatGPT conversations? Import them all at once:
- In ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data
- Extract the
chat.htmlfile from the download - Open Nowledge Mem → Threads → Import
- Select the
chat.htmlfile and import
