ChatWise

Overview

ChatWise supports MCP natively. Connect Nowledge Mem to search memories during conversations and save insights via slash commands.

MCP Setup

1. Go to ChatWise Settings → MCP
2. Add a new tool with id nowledge-mem and Name Nowledge Mem
3. Fill in URL as:

http://127.0.0.1:14242/mcp

4. Fill in APP = ChatWise in the HTTP headers
5. Click View Tools to verify the connection
6. Enable Nowledge Mem from the Tools icon in ChatWise Chat UI

Bulk Import

Import all your ChatWise conversations at once:

1. Export all chats from ChatWise as a .zip file
2. Open Nowledge Mem → Threads → Import
3. Select your ChatWise .zip export
4. Preview and select which threads to import
5. Click Import

Usage

• Ask ChatWise to summarize your insights and save them to Memory
• Search for relevant knowledge during conversations
• Import entire chat history for long-term storage
