Use the target server's normal authentication and an explicit exact Space ID. Requires a human actor with current write authority. With profile_id null, creates a new profile from name and aliases and attaches the card. Otherwise grows the profile's card when expected_card_revision equals its current card revision (null when it has no card): kind and summary take the new values, every list keeps its current items and adds new ones, and only remove takes items out (applied to the current card first, so a correction can name the old item and propose the new one). Growth that would exceed a list bound is refused with identity_card_full instead of dropping items. Saving a card never changes names, aliases or mention links and does not invoke a model. If the profile was created but the card write failed, the error body carries profile_id; retry with that ID instead of creating again.
