Create or update an identity profile
Use the target server's normal authentication and an explicit exact Space ID. No cross-Space fallback is performed. Requires a human actor with current write authority. To create, send id: null and expected_revision: null (or omit expected_revision). To update, send both the existing ID and its current revision. Creation never coalesces profiles by name. The Space supports at most 100 profiles; bounded pending changes can reject further edits. Linking a subject is optional; omitting subject keeps any existing link. Saving queues selective background replay and may lead to later model use, but this request does not make an inline model call.
