Scope
This notice applies to information submitted when applying for the Nowledge Enterprise private beta. Application data is separate from the Nowledge Graph stored by the local Nowledge Mem product.
Submitting an application does not create access, a workspace, a subscription, an entitlement, or an invitation.
What the application collects
- Name, work email, company or team, role, team size, and country or region.
- The AI tools your team uses, current Nowledge Mem use, intended use case, desired outcome, and expected timeline.
- Allowlisted source, medium, and campaign tokens; a sanitized referring hostname and path-only landing information.
- Locale, application and consent timestamps, this privacy-notice version, an idempotency key, and anti-abuse signals.
Use-case and desired-outcome responses are free text and may contain business-sensitive information. Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, private keys, or other credentials. Raw URL queries and raw referrers are not retained; credential-shaped input is dropped or rejected.
Why the information is used
- Review whether the current private beta is a fit.
- Contact applicants about the application and, when appropriate, a separate next step.
- Operate and secure the application workflow and keep a minimal audit record.
- Application information is not used to grant access automatically.
Retention and deletion
- Applicant personal information, applicant-supplied free text, and sanitized attribution are retained for 90 days.
- Minimal audit records are retained for 12 months.
- A deletion request is acknowledged within 7 days and completed within 30 days.
