Correct a memory identity occurrence
Use the target server's normal authentication and an explicit exact Space ID. No cross-Space fallback is performed. Requires a human actor with current write authority; an agent cannot mark a decision as human. Copy all concurrency fields from a fresh evidence read. Send identity_id: null to explicitly confirm unknown, or a profile ID in this Space. Omission is invalid. No model is called. If source or evidence changed, read again before choosing a correction; capacity and other conflicts require the recovery identified by error_code.
