Monterey Launch, Settings, and Subscription Sign-In Fixes
This hotfix restores launch on supported older Macs, steadies Settings plan loading, and fixes a reconnect loop for ChatGPT Subscription and GitHub Copilot providers.
- Mem now launches correctly on macOS 12 Monterey and macOS 13.
- ChatGPT Subscription reconnect now starts a real fresh sign-in instead of showing connected while background AI asks you to reconnect.
- The in-app startup check now matches Mem's supported macOS range. Users on macOS 12 Monterey and macOS 13 no longer get stopped by an incorrect “system not supported” screen.
- Settings no longer gets stuck endlessly checking your plan. The plan panel now loads once and settles instead of re-requesting license status every render.
- ChatGPT Subscription and GitHub Copilot sign-in state is now reset when you reconnect from Settings. If an old session has expired, Mem stops treating it as connected and starts a new device-login flow when you click Authenticate.
- Provider status in Settings is stricter for subscription providers. A saved model alone no longer shows ChatGPT Subscription or GitHub Copilot as ready unless the account is actually signed in.
