Connect Claude Cloud
Claude Cloud uses a remote custom connector. It is separate from the local Claude Code and Claude Desktop connectors.
- Choose the workspace: sign in to Nowledge Mem Cloud, or enable Access Anywhere for a workspace in the App.
- For Cloud, open Connect Cloud to Claude. For App, use Claude beside the Access Anywhere endpoint when the App shows it; otherwise copy the endpoint into Claude's Add custom connector form.
- Review the prefilled name and full public MCP address, keeping the Cloud query unchanged. Remote custom connectors are available on Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise; Free accounts can add one.
- Complete OAuth, review the workspace and read/write scopes, then approve.
- Search one known memory and save one scoped test decision.
This connection lets Claude call Mem. It does not let Mem read Claude's private conversation history. Use a supported export or local Claude Code connector for transcript capture.
The connection is direct to the selected workspace. Nowledge does not proxy App MCP traffic through a shared gateway.
